Hounslow Fashion Week(end)

Are you into fashion? Do you follow the latest trends or do you just watch Gok Wan on television? Then pop into the Treaty Centre to celebrate fashion week in London where there will be something to entertain everyone.

• Theatrical and historical make-up demonstrations (Fri) and  Body Painting (Sat) by West Thames College

• Award winning Hair-Art performances by OSADIA (Sat)

OSADIA are an award-winning performance art company from Barcelona which engages its audience to create startling compositions that will have audiences mesmerised. Volunteers allow the artists to create daring and evocative makeovers, to the delight and awe of the onlookers who will be amazed by the transformed characters that descend from the chair. Osadia’s transformations extend to the way the volunteers act after the performance, for they become the centre of attention and continue to be so throughout the day.

Not to be missed as you will remember seeing them perform for a long long time.

This event is funded by the Mayor of London’s Outer London Fund as part of his strategy to enliven and energise the townscapes of London. It was conceived by The London Borough of Hounslow and produced by Watermans in collaboration with the University of West London
